LIK - Swedish Death Metal from Stockholm! 💀🩸

BADEN IN BLUT 2027 - Weil am Rhein

## Old-School Swedish Death Metal

Their name is Swedish for “corpse”, their sound is Swedish death metal in its purest form: LIK from Stockholm bring classic Swedish death metal to Baden in Blut Open Air 2027! 🔥

Founded in Stockholm in 2014, LIK stand firmly in the tradition of their home country's great names: Dismember, At The Gates and Entombed have clearly left their mark. Their debut “Mass Funeral Evocation” (2015) was followed by “Carnage” (2018), their first album on Metal Blade Records, and “Misanthropic Breed” (2020). 💿

Their current album “Necro” came out on Metal Blade on 18 April 2025. It was produced by Lawrence Mackrory and recorded live in just three days at NBS Studio in Söderfors, with guest appearances by Nick Holmes (Paradise Lost, Bloodbath) and Linnea Landstedt (Tyranex). The singles “War Praise”, “Morgue Rat”, “Deceased” and “They” led the way.

In spring 2026 LIK toured Europe on the “Necrofeeling Over Europe” tour, including the Dark Easter Metal Meeting in Munich, followed by the Blasphemy Festival in Slovakia in August. When songs like “Rid You of Your Flesh”, “Serum 141” or “Morgue Rat” kick in, no neck stays still. 🤘

We can't wait to bring LIK to Weil am Rhein in 2027!
